I've seen some threads about the STM abs delete kit that say the lines are too long and you end up with a lot of extra slack. Is the JNZ kit any different? I really doubt the local yards have any non abs hardlines so these kits might be my only options.

Thanks

As far as i am aware the stm lines.go all the way to the calipers where as the jnz kit goes to the normal location then you use your brake lines as normal, i have the jnz kit just not on the car yet though

The reason jnz do this is they say if there is an.issue down the line its easier to swap a shorter line then to replace a whole long hose thats within the bay area

This is correct.

You're asking for a 2g correct? I have the kit from STM on my 1g and the lines DO NOT go all the way to the calipers. Goes to the normal location and mounts on the strut.
The 1g and 2g kits are different yes from stm but i was baseing this info from his profile pic so i just replied with 2g facts,

Can you bring to the table as to why the 1g kits dont go to the calipers while your here? Incase he or anyone else finds this page!

Yes, this is for a 2g.

If the JNZ goes to the stock locations, then I'll definitely go with that one.

Jnz sure does go to stock location then you just use your own lines to the calipers, its a good kit and the parts are good quality too

unfortunately I do not own a 2g, but for the 1g I can confirm the lines go to the stock location, and you will be required to use a SS hose kit for the lines on the struts or oem hoses.
