Been running 20psi on e85 no issue. Got my exhaust all fixed up and on way home car started almost stumbling at 15psi and above but runs smooth til then.

Wondering if im starting to get fuel starvation. Afr went around 13.7 or so when it should be 12.0... didnt happen until today though.

What do you all think? Unfortunately no log to post

What exactly do you mean by "exhaust all fixed up"? What did you change from and to? In my small mind I would think that if you went to a larger, more free flowing exhaust you could be moving more exhaust out resulting in more air in thus leaning out your fuel mixture. But I'd think it would have to be a pretty drastic change in exhaust to cause that much of a difference.

Well i was running an open down pipe for 2 weeks and added my test pipe and catback yesterday. I dont think its related to exhaust

Have the same issue. Replaced the fuel filter with the fuel lab setup. Running pump gas to get rid of injector goo if there is any present and then will put back in E85 and let you know how it goes. Nothing changed on my setup as well so I would not be surprised if my probably never changed 17 year old fuel filter is causing the issue.

My ideas. Fuel pump is on its way out. Injectors are gunked up from the e85.
You could also disconnect the catback and take it for a spin to see if it remedies your issue. That would at least give an idea of how to proceed.

I have a wally 450 to drop in if the pump goes. Fuel lab filter installed now.. will try and get it out for a dr8ve but may have to be monday. At least the pump is another easy drop in if thats the case.

Given that its running normal below 15 psi i would have to think its not motor related and thats a good thing.

I am having spit and sputter issues at over 15 lbs also but it has held over 25 so I am following you and if I resolve mine I will give you some suggetions. I'm on good octane gas but seems like spark issue for me but not for sure.

I have a simular setup, walbro 450, precision 1200cc injectors and e85

Been that way for over a year now, even on the stock filter setup
