Alright guys, please go easy on me. Just got link installed and only had enough time to pull a few logs before I started pissing off my neighbors. Totally new to tuning with ECMLink, aside from what ive read and watched. I am after any useful information that can be obtained from my brief logs that might shed light on my idle issue which just started today coincidentally. I meant to add more recorded values to the log but had to cut it short. Thanks for the help.

1). Any boost, vac, or exhaust leaks?

I get to about 20lbs before I have trouble with my coupler. Holds at 15-ish no problem. I am not boosting yet though.

2). Verified mechanical timing?
yes
3). Verified base timing?
Yes,
4). Ignition system
Stock Coil:
Wire brand and Age: ngk less than a year
Spark Plug brand, type and Gap:
New plugs, NGK7 28

5). Motor health (Compression Test) Fresh build

Cylinder 1:160
Cylinder 2:165
Cylinder 3:165
Cylinder 4:165

6). Performed basic throttle body adjustments?
Idle Switch: basically new. could be bad though, have not tested.
Throttle Cable: new cable, cruise deleted. TPS adjustment accurate 0-100
TPS: set to 9k ohms, showing .63v at idle, tested, no bad coils
BISS: probably way off. ISCPosition starts at 100 and creaps down?

7). Compression ratio
9:1

8). Any known bad sensors or brittle wiring?
Ive replaced every sensor I can think of except the stock bcs and some of the vac sensors on the firewall which arent being used.

9). Any DTC/CEL codes?
rear 02 & the voltage cell from alt swap

10). Electrical system
Car off (not running): 13+/-
Car running:13+/-

11). Base fuel pressure and injector values
Base Fuel Pressure: 43.5
Injector Size (cc/min):560

12). Properly calibrated and configured wideband sensor
Sensor Brand: glowshit
Calibration Date:?

13). Type of fuel
Type:93
Percent of Ethanol:10

14). Watched ECMlink how-to videos?
yes

logs aren't *really* useful until car is at operating temp. you're also missing a few items that should be logged. Here's your log on my screen, and what's greyed out isn't being captured and should be (maybe not the MAP and IAT if you're not SD)

You must be logged in to view this image or video.

Note: RPM_old is RPM renamed. SmoothRPM was renamed to RPM for LinkTools purposes.

No wideband ? That's critical to have if you want to tune anything.

What advice are you looking for? Are you looking to increase performance? Or are you just trying to get the car to idle?

The logs you provided don't really provide any worthwhile idle data. If you want help maximizing performance, post up a 3rd gear pull from about 3k to redline. If you want to improve cruise, post up a cruise log with a wide variety of capture data under various conditions. If you want to improve idle, post up an idle log with the car at operating temp....So on and so forth.

For starters, your car isn't at operating temp in any of the logs you posted.

Next, make sure you're capturing the correct values for the type of feedback you are seeking. See here for what values to capture: http://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/list-of-values-to-log.444831/

So, looking at your logs, there are a few things you should address:

-WBO2. It will be hard to really give you good feedback unless we can see a logged value for your WBO2. In order to make this happen, you'll need to wire your WB into your ECU, so that ECMlink can capture the data. Without a WB, it will be pretty difficult to dial in your MAF and tune your AFRs remotely by looking at your logs.

-Your MAF is zeroed out. You'll definitely need to make adjustments after you figure out the WB.

-You need to address your DTCs.

-In your next log, do another full sweep of your TPS so we can see if it's properly calibrated. You can do this with the car off. -9 offset on a 104% scale looks a bit off. Your TPS looks to me like you should make a manual adjustment, and then calibrate it via link from there.

Thank you for the help guys, I appreciate it. I will work on getting my WB signal hooked up as soon as I can, and add the additional values I need to the log views, etc.

SOB,,,, took my throttle body off last night to inspect and double check everything and my IAC is showing a failing (17 ohms) coil when I tested pins 3 & 4. Turns out this was the original IAC. Hopefully my replacement arrives tomorrow.

Still waiting on a logging box for my WB, but the new IAC motor did fixed my idle problem. What I am seeing now is that I am not staying in closed loop mode on startup. It starts in closed loop then after a few minutes it switches into open loop and stays there. I swapped in the front o2 with a new one and it looks like it does the same thing. Also, my wb is showing lean during idle? I added values, hopefully someone can see something I am not. One thing I do see is my ISC position. I know it should be around 30 but I am not having any luck adjusting it using the grounding pins. The last few logs probably best to view.

Would not having rear o2 hooked up cause issues?

Thanks for the help.

I don't see your O2 cycling at all. I'd try simulating your O2 with your WB and see what happens.

In addition:
Once the car is warmed up at idle is should be in closed loop.

On a 2G any one of the following will cause the ECU to not enter closed loop.

Throttle position too high
Airflow too low
Engine Coolant temp < 51F
Engine Coolant temp > 228F
The O2 sensor did not cycle for the last 128 seconds while running in closed loop mode.

In addition for it to update the fuel trims while it's in closed loop all of these have to be true
Engine Coolant temp >= 180F
Intake air temp < 133F
22.9 inHg <= Baro <= 31.6 inHg

Got the wideband hooked up and enabled narrowband simulation according to that it idles at 15:7 ish. Not sure why the gauge shows 20. It's running off same controller box. Unless it's the way I assigned the pin. I used standard aem pin assignment option. Isc position is now floating around 30. Not sure if that's acceptable or not. Now just need to figure out y front O2 doesn't cycle. As soon as I can I will get a cruise log up.

O2 cycles on startup, then after a while it stops? I cant make sense of this. When it cycles I am getting good A/F readings. New logs attached. Ignore Baro I added that on accident. Meant to add MDP to value. Still cant seem to nail town my ISC position, when its idling high front O2 cycles, then when the ISC gets close to 30 it seems that the O2 stops responding. Ah, getting frustrated with this. Maybe I have wideband logging output wired wrong? I have the 5v output going to rear o2 ecu pin input. Do I need to do something else besides narrowband sim? The Wb pin assignment is 2222222.
