I have a Td05 Billet 20G as well with a FP 18psi internal wastegate. Same mods except for BC272. I see full spool at 4200 also, stumped as to how people are getting 3700. Not really sure what the cause is. If you end up lowering your spool times from changes let me know!

I did a bunch of stuff to try to get my 20g to spool earlier. The best that I ever got it was around 4200 rpm. I tried both leaning out and richening up the a/f ratio and I tried playing with the timing. I am not sure but I think that it could the low compression ratio of the stock Pistons made it spool slower. I never did a compression test on my engine either, until my head gasket went! It's possible that my engine was a little tired, but the cylinders looked pretty good after I pulled my head off...

Just looked over my last log to make sure.

I see positive pressure at 2500rpm and im at 20psi at 3690rpm vie DSMlink. Nothing crazy about my setup, per my previous post.

Either way, seeing these numbers on E85 gets me really excited to make the switch soon.

Good numbers for a 20g, I'll be throwing my HRC 20g with an extended tip billet wheel on the dyno soon. I don't see full boost until around 4500rpms but I am on a T3 10cm housing so I'm not surprised but I feel there is a way to get that spool down. If you have any spool issues, leaky wastegate, boost leaks ect. the 20g will give you no mercy LOL.
