This happened to just fall into my lap. One owner. Mint. From an 80 yr old mans wife, he passed away a yr ago, car enthusiast, parked it on carpet in the garage, save every receipt for 24 years kinda enthusiast!
The car has 70,150 original miles. Never crashed. No scratches or dings. Never modded. No leaks or funny noises from the turbo or engine. Trans shifts perfect. Completely factory original down to the radio.

So anyways....
No plans as of yet. I'm just going to start dailying it. Keep it original for now.
Crank the boost a bit later in life... =]

But first. Timing belt change. Last done 12/2006 @65k which was only 5k miles ago. Do I do it again due to it's age?
And do I keep the balance shafts? Is the vibration THAT annoying?
Thanks! -JTe

Wow that's' beautiful!! I'd do a tune up and standard maintenance before using it as a daily! Do the timing belt to be safe, it's probably dry rotted, would suck to ruin that motor over a few bucks!

Nice snag!

For some reason I swear I have heard this story before...

Very nice. I like the color!

What is the official name of that color?

No idea as to the OEM color code?

Beautiful gem, Id almost want to keep it original and make it part of a collection

For reference: Paint code would be on the DSM sticker; center-high on the firewall in the engine bay, if it's not faded from time/heat like most are.

Thank you for that. I am going to check mine after work.
