Is this an Aeromotive AFPR you were referring to? Because I have that inlet fitting screwed all the way in. I'm wondering if the summit racing fuel filter has an element that is restricting flow too much as well.

Im having a blast with my gm mas right now as well. Have you ran the combined ft maf comp adjustment tool? Be sure to go to ecm tunings site and read up on how to do that properly. Im thinking its all in the airflow curve. Also double check to verify your deadtime and global are set correctly. If your injectors came with a flow sheet utilize the actual flow in link instead of the advertised flow. Stop throwing parts on it and wasting money. When I had this issue it was the tune that was wrong.

Have used the mafcomp adjust tool and followed the guides on ecmtunings website. Like I said we have had the car running great previously. The tune may not be greatest but I feel like fuel system is not functioning properly. Like I said before I can literally max out the MAF comp and fuel sliders to make the car theoretically be as rich as possible and my wideband and front o2 will read 0 volts and 18:1.

My regulator is a sx performance but they are pretty close to the same thing. is the sock on the end of the pump new ? what kind of fuel filter do you have?

I would definitely try using another GM maf cable. I've heard of them going bad several times. Also I probably saw you at summit sometime this weekend. I was up there like 4 times thursday through today. :D

I have no idea how I'd get another gm maf cable unless some local dsmer has one I could try:thumb:. I hope you weren't the frustrated guy ahead of me in line at the returns corner. If so I was the frustrated guy behind you. I'm back up in Toledo for school and am going home to work on the car this weekend. Hopefully will have something to log fuel pressure as well as a rewire and check to make sure my inlet on my AFPR is not causing any flow restrictions. Something still isn't adding up the car was running well until one day it had nothing wouldn't go and and died and has been exhibiting this problem ever since. The car idles and cruises like a dream but as soon as I try and gt into any boost boom super lean and cuts out.

Yes I did buy that new coil pack from advance auto parts and it actually ran worse which did leave me to believe maybe that one from advance was bad. I do not know too many people with 90 coil packs around here. I did test both of them as per factory manual and the primary seemed out of spec both were ~1.2 ohms instead of the max recommended of .9 ohms. Still need to see if I am getting fuel pressure under boost while the car is going. Something is not seeming right about the fuel system now. I will perform the above recommendations this weekend as I am away from the car during this week. Thanks all.

Update: Installed electric fuel pressure sensor to work with the link and what do you know I have fuel pressure not rising at all with boost actually decreasing. Looks like there is something impeding fuel flow or could I possibly have another bad fuel pump or has something been impeding fuel all along. Also checked the fuel pressure regulator for problems bottoming out the inlet fitting and those all check out good. Have any of you had experience with this I wonder if my fuel filter may be restricting fuel too much but that still does not make sense. Ideas anyone?

That would be my next check. and then see if you have a leak of some sort inside the tank.

Figured out it was the fuel filter we had installed when we did the previous fuel pump we checked it before we installed it but after taking the fuel filter apart it was all gumed up flow was significantly compromised. I feel it was most likely a combo of a bad fuel filter and fuel pump. Upon further reading on summit racing's website I feel that summit filter we had was inadequate for the fuel pressure our cars require.

I am having same problem you are, But i replaced everything fuel pump to fuel rail. Including fuel filter and brand new 1150 fic injectors. Also done boost leak test. Numerous times.
