I'm very sorry to hear about your brother passing. Are you going to be doing the work on it yourself?

thank you
I'm having a very reputable shop do the freshening and I'm just helping I want it done right or as best as possible.we are rebuilding the head and the block . the brain that's helping me told me if I'm going to do internal mods nows the time. Just don't know what route to take just want it to be strong

Well, if your goals are 450 then you don't really need to do much internal stuff. Just ARP hardware and a new HG with maybe a set of cams and you'll be fine. Then its all about supporting mods since you already have ECMlink installed (as seen on your mod list).

Oh dude theres plenty. There isnt a build that somebody on this site hasnt done. Just make your mind up about a turbo and go from there. There are plenty of them that will get you to the range you're looking for. Research different camshaft grinds, front mount intercoolers and such. You can even just stroll down the endless amount of build threads and see what everyone else has done and piece together what you think fits your budget and likeness.

Very cool you are building the car in memory of your brother. Props to you bro :) If you have access to E85 gas I would run that for sure. You are going to need bigger injectors to run E85 and hit your power goals. I have 1000cc and put down 455WHP with 97% injector duty cycle (maxed out) boost at 25psi. Form your mod list the only thing i can see is you are gonna need is bigger injectors, wide band O2 sensor, after market blow off valve, after market boost controller and obviously some one to tune DSMlink for you and it should be very fast. Even stock block 6bolt with a 20G and 20 - 25psi should get you to your goal.
