I just read about a new product from Forge called the intake pressure compensation valve. It says it increases load on the internal piston or diaphragm of the dump/diverter valve ( aka blow off/recirculation) helping it form a "superior" seal, irrespective of boost pressure. In doing so, the ipcv allows equal or greater pressure on the top side of the piston or diaphragm of a DV, allowing it to make a better seal against it's seat. This prevents the DV from opening under high boost, load or rpm, and prevents the need for need for a stronger spring. Thus allowing the use of a weaker spring that allows much faster valve response from the DV. Sounds great in theory, I'm gonna pick one up eventually and if anyone has bought one, does it actually work?

Are you running a high enough boost where you feel you need one? Let me rephrase, are you having issues with your BOV opening or not opening and have tried adjusting it already? $140 is steep for something that would just slightly increase drivability for 75% of people on here. Plus you need to add in an additional bung into the system pre intercooler. I suppose you can tee it into a WG line but that'll probably just add back on the original issue it's supposed to fix plus adding in boost spikes.

Lmfao. This sounds just like a dodge modded 1g bov that can be done for free.

Yeah I think this sounds like the Dodge mod as well. Same as using both ports on a Greddy BOV but their adding a valve instead of using the throttle plate as the valve (as in the DBOV mod or dbl ported Greddy).

Ok guys just so you know I'm not endorsing this product in any way, I'm just seeing what people think. The dodge garage mod isn't exactly free, it's low cost, even if you already have everything it was purchased at one time. Also there is a difference in valve response time with a stiff spring ( or pre loaded in dodge modded). How much depends of course, but I've heard of people using compressed co2 to help hold the waste gate closed under high boost. Since more people are running holset's and say they come alive at 30+psi and I was thinking of trying an hx-40, I was under the impression that the dodge mod doesn't like over 30 psi. And I did some reading and using link to control the fps is similar I guess. So that with a dodge mod looks like the way to go.
