Ive obviously seen the 255 intake and 255/044 inline. Is there anyone with experience with the new 450 e85 pump and an inline pump. Reviews state they dont hold pressure at higher boost. Trying to negate this. Looking to support 700+ on e85 using -8 feed, -6 return and 2150's. Ie thought about just doing dual 450s intake but an inline pump would make the install simpler. Thanks.

Have you considered a mechanical pump? They're pretty good on reliability and output. I know this may not be the answer you're asking for but it's a good option to consider.

Already own a 450 just looking into whether I will add an inline now or wait to see if it's needed.

Decided to built a Dual 450 intake setup.
IMO it would be best with one 450 intank and and 044 inline. The inline pump wont bleed the pressure off like 450s will. Your still going to bleed off pressure I would think with even 2 450s.

Well I am running an intank walbro 450 and an inline walbro 255hp (ws392) I haven't tested any pressure loss but at 40psi she seems to be A-OK! 503whp by 4800rpm and 809whp by 8500rpm still a lot of fuel to spare:cool:

Any updates on this? I also have a 450 in-tank and am shooting for 700-800whp on E85. I was thinking of doing the same as Keltalon, are you using a stock AWD fuel tank with no sump. I had pulled the orange slosh thing in the tank to fit the 450's filter, do you think it will be fine as long as its at least half full? I am within weeks of wrapping things up and getting the car running and am trying to hammer out the details like this.

I'm running a 450 in tank and a 255 in line. Mods are up to date in profile. I haven't had any fueling issues up top and am spraying a 35wet shot up to 6k RPMs with no real fueling issues. One day I may install a fuel pressure sensor and log it in link but for now at 31psi of boost, the wet shot and 43psi base FP I have no fueling issues on e70ish. We don't have e85 yet this year.

I run a 255 sock on my 450.....
