So I rebuilt my motor it seems to run good but I have low oil pressure and after my car is warmed up I get a weird clunking sound at idle. Also my oil pressure gauge drops below the low line at idle and will be under the halfway line when cruising on freeway. can it be a oil pump that makes that sound it's hard to record the noise but it's there it's kind of like the clunk a old car would get when running out of gas.I do have a Evo 9 crank in it will that cause low oil pressure?

The engine clunking is the best way I can put it . It idles fine , would bigger cams cause a oil pressure drop?

First thing you need to do is install a good mechanical pressure gauge to get an accurate reading of actual pressure, the stock gauge is poor at best and may be malfunctioning. without hearing the noise its hard to be sure but unfortuneately those symptoms kind of point to a bad rod bearing

What were your bearing clearances? Did you remove the balance shafts? If so did you turn, or replace both bearings in the front side of the block? If the clearances are good, and the oil pump is in good condition than the pressure should be a litte higher than it was when you took it apart. I would look at renting an oil pressure tester before installing an aftermarket gauge just to verify before spending money on a gauge if the engine needs repaired.

I used stock bearing size, I had a had a good machine shop check it for roundness and cut my rods down to size , I kept my balance shafts but only replaced the rear bearing the front 2 were good still. I've had a bad rod bearing before nd it doesn't tap like a bad rod , if the only oil pressure sender is good isn't it supposed to creep a little above low when turn the key to acc .
