Valve breather hose?

Just picked up my stock 97 eclipse gst for 3900

. Anyways I noticed a nipple on the left side of the valve cover, did some reading that this was the valve breather hose. But there is no hose, has anybody ever seen this? Is it possible that it just get disconnected and it somewhere there? Whats my solutions?

That nipple connects to the turbo inlet.

Also nice to see another LA dsm owner.

Thanks, just moved here for college, looking to find a mechanic I have no tools and never operated on a dsm. Dam its my first time driving a stick too!
