I plan on installing my aem uego wideband tomorrow, but I have a few questions. I will use the rear 02 for my wideband logging and I wanna know the best way to route the plugs. I'm putting my gauge on the instrumental cluster and I also want to keep the wires out of sight so I can have that "stock & clean look". Pictures would help a lot. Thanks.

For that clean look your going to have to take your driver seat off to reach that rear 02 spot and the bottom door trims also foot rest. This allows you to lift part of the carpet so you feed your wire to rear 02 location where you want to tuck it is up to you. Just remember if you put along the side by door area look at where carpets clips, trims, plastic trunk / gas cover, foot rest , and seat bolts goes as to you don't want the wires getting crimped, or pinched. Some tuck along the door side, others side by center console other right down middle of floor, but middle may show a wire bevel on carpet unless you have floor mats. Remove gauge bezel. Two screws located at top, make sure your steering wheel is all the way on down position. Remove gauge cluster, four screws. One in every corner spot of the gauge cluster. Wiggle and pull get wire connectors off. Then you can maneuver so it give you room feed wire there. Once you got where you want everything zip tie the extra wire or slack it has make sure to non moving parts and away from your feet and pedal area. ZIP TIES OR ELECTRICAL TAPE IS TO KEEP WIRES IN PLACE AND AWAY FROM FALLING or moving around.

I passed the wire through the steering rack rubber boot hole. Since it is already against the firewall and behind the dash, it's hidden the entire time. You just need some zip ties to keep in place and from hanging under the car and dash.

^ I second @babyviper, that's how I routed mine as well. Be sure to seal the sensor/wireharness interface. I used a good wrapping of duct tape...I know, probably not the most professional way to do it but it keeps the water out.

Your post is a little unclear, are you putting the actual sensor in the rear o2 spot? Or are you using the rear o2 on the ecu to simulate narrow band with your wide band?
Based on your sensor location will depend on how you route it. In mustracetsi post he lists some good ways to route the wires either on the door side or through the center console for using the rear o2 spot.
In babyviper he posts a good spot to pass through the fire wall to reach to the front o2 spot.

I'm keeping the front 02 sensor for narrowband stimulation and making a bung on my downpipe for my wideband. I'm just confused on I can route the wires without showing them. I like the idea of the boot but wanted to know other ways as well.

I don't know your laws in Cali but instead of welding another bung, you could remove the rear o2 sensor and put your wideband there. That would allow you to route the wire for the sensor up through the car under the seat and then either to the center console or to the door side under the trim there. Since you have link you have tons of options. I run only a wide band in my front o2 spot and simulate narrow band off of it. The rear o2 spot has a sensor in it to plug the hole in the exhaust up but the wires are cut to it.

The steering boot or hole under the passenger seat for the rear O2 sensor are your best bets. The connector is so large that you would have to cut/drill a large hole to get it to pass through the firewall.

I'm sorry I should clarify. I bought a new Megan racing downpipe and it didn't come with a pre made bung.[DOUBLEPOST=1409934744][/DOUBLEPOST]

Definitely don't want to do that. Two options then. The boot or removing the driver seat. I haven't installed my boost gauge but when I do is the boot the only option too considering where I'm mounting my gauge?

Keep in mind that your A/F readings will be a little delayed at that rear location. If you follow the placement that the instructions say you should be seeing quicker response.

Honestly i hate that spot by the cluater for gauges i had it in my 2g and i couldnt see my gauges enless i readjusted which was dumb so i built a custom gauge pod where my center vent is works perfect and looks great

And that is the first time ive used fiberglass so its very easy to do i did a write up on it if you want to check it out

I use my ac so I can't put it their.

I routed mine where the secondary o2 sensor went through the floor under the drivers seat. The o2 sensor needed a little patience to get through the hole, but after that I routed the wires under the center console and under the steering wheel up to my side pillar. I however have the innovate wideband so the connectors may be bigger or smaller etc.
