What's up guys, well i finally completed my Manny to Auto swap, almost. I have everything in, made sure TC was in all the way, everything was tightened to spec, fluid in everything, rear dif, t case, trans. I go to start the car up and it makes a hideous knocking sound coming from the trans side, so it seems. I get under there and can't see anything.. I ask a buddy to bump it over to see if anything was hitting and it wasn't. The noise slowly started to get less and less, and now it only does it under load. Meaning when I have it in reverse, or drive. My phone picked up the noise fairly well, so if you hear it just banging away, it's not like that in reality. It's almost not detectable when in park, or neutral. But when it's in drive, or reverse the noise becomes more present. I haven't taken the car anywhere as I want to try and sold the problem first, I've only gone back and forth in the drive way. Here is a video of the sound.
Just as a note, the TRANS was dropped.. I measured the play in the input shaft and it measured into spec. The TC bolts are tight and aren't hitting anything.. turn the motor and you can't hear a sound. The car has been sitting for 2 and a half months, and the trans/TC/T case has been sitting an unknown amount of time if that matters.. ANY help or suggestions are appreciated. I'm at a loss as I made sure everything was full full, including the Tcase which I filled from the input prior to putting it on.

[DOUBLEPOST=1408455115][/DOUBLEPOST]I almost want to say it's the torque converter bolts hitting something even though I don't see any marks only because the sound came in park and neutral but then went away after running it for a while then I put it in park and reverse and the noise is there I'm curious if I leave it in that gear if it would go away. I wanna run and drive it, but afraid it could be TC and fry my pump and trans.[DOUBLEPOST=1408472401][/DOUBLEPOST]After some extensive searching I found a video in which might suggest that it is the converter bolts.. I'll check them again when I get home to see if I see any marks, and make sure that they are tight. Any other ideas would be appreciated, I'm also having trouble adjusting the shifting cable.
