Anyone here have any advice on fitting a 1g bov on a greddy rs flange.

Seems welding the right flange on the intake tube would be the ideal fix. Assuming that isn't a good option for you, maybe you can make an adapter flange from a piece of aluminum. Drill mounting holes for counter sunk bolts so the flange will sit flat.

Slot the 1g BOV flange. It will bolt up.
