Started planning how I'm going to make rear mudflaps.

Polished Carbon facing rear with 3 layers of kevlar facing tire. I'll mix black pigment into the epoxy for the kevlar side. This epoxy is impact resistant, but if it shatters... I'm out some material I already had and time. :p

Noticed how ridiculous the rear ride height is on this car with OEM springs. New ES bushings, everything torqued with car sitting on the ground after I bounced the rear a couple times.

4.5" fender gap??? I think I'm 1.5" higher then I should be. My ESi is just over 3"

Looking at PO's pics, it looks the same tho. Monster truck clearance.
Does that look OEM height for an awd?

Went to an event at a local track if you can call it a track. Pretty much just a paved strip and that's it. Narrow, no prep of any kind. very little safety. Almost no rules besides needing a helmet. No timers. Just arm drops and a guy at the end to signal the winner. It's pretty much about as close to a real "old school" track as you can get.
Had a run what you brung event today. Took my car. Raced 5 times, won all 5. One against a WRX, one against a built nova, one against some 30's/40's rod, and two against my buddy's car.

We grudge raced each other for a Little Ceasars pizza. I won both races. His car is a built 79 plymouth volare with a 400 something built stroker. Built for spray but he has never sprayed it. He has ran a best 1/4 mile of 11.5 on motor. My car is a stock 6 bolt / stock trans / plain 16g / stock 2g maf / stock 2g mani - running 20psi. My best 1/4 mile is 11.9@116mph on this setup.

Drove it to the track and back, everyone else trailered their cars haha.
Won bragging rights and free pizza

Wiring, got torque solutions ready for drive shaft worked on struts and springs, clean up, more sanding preparing for more paint a few coats and clear yet to go.

Received 3G master cylinder.

Cut rear CF rally style mudflaps to shape. An orange RA decal would look awesome on these :)

Cost less to make these then shipping to Canada.

RA must make loads of $$$ off their flaps.

Installed gauge cluster wired up overflow tank sanding primer, painted my kyb agxs for install with the eibachs.

Printed off a sheet of vinyl labels for car.

Rear diff label, door jam LSD label.
Kaaz & Quaife labels for trans.
