He said tuned by RRE, if your seriously interested you could probably contact them and ask a few questions, and maybe even get them to check the health of the car overall, get the seller to pay for that though

That car did have a lot of work done at RRE. I have seen it there many times while it was being worked on but I never saw it when it was finished.
