Ive read pretty much every thread on water leaks and have sealed basicly everything from the b pillars back with silicone...washer nozzle, antennae, taillights, all wing mounts, 3rd brake light wiring, rear wiper, removed lower window trim and cleaned/checked for leaks, re-sealed the body seams adjacent the the taillights from top to bottom, drains are clear yet im still getting a small puddle in the right side behind the wheel well.

The frustrating part is after running a ton of water over the car and even focusing the stream in every crevice its bone dry, but if it rains I get a leak. It makes it difficult to diagnose. Im thinking after prolonged rain the hatch window seal is leaking somewhere, when I raise the hatch some water runs out from inside the frame up near the hinge at the top and also down by the hatch bumper. All the trim is removed and it always feels dry up inside the hatch where it would drip and I don't ever see any drips anywhere yet I have this annoying puddle. Nothing is being kicked up or sprayed since the car is just sitting. The inside of the window seal is dry also.WTF

Can you post a picture of where the leak is exactly at? I have to do a lot of leak tests with collisions and a lot of leaks come from an inproperly installed or seated weatherstrip. Make sure the weatherstrip on the trunk opening is sealed 100% around the lid, make sure its not torn. There are drains in the gutters around the hatch, make sure those drains are not blocked, torn, as they run down and outside the car to drain water. They could be leaking into the car as well.

Does the water come into the car only when you are driving it or does it leak when raining while just sitting in the driveway? There is a air pressure vent below the rear bumper that if its broken / not sealed right, water can get sprayed up inside the floor while driving.

Did you run water through the drains to make sure they were clear? That stuff can really gunk up over time, even if it was "clear" for a bit it could've gotten a loose piece of gunk to fill the remaining clear part of the drain... X2 that pictures certainly would help.
