Aftermarket Mods:
"16g Turbo, 16g Oil Lines, 16g Headers, 16g J-Pipe, 255 Fuel Pump, Plugs NKG Bpr7es , and they are gaped At .28 Fuel Pressure Regulator w/ Gauge, Fuel set at 43psi, Intake Cone, BOV,and my BOV is recirculated, Inter cooler, 02 Housing Dump, Wideband, 3" Catback. "I DO OWN DSMLINK V3"

Stock:
Injectors 450cc, Rear 02 Sensor, Downpipe, BCS, Wires etc.

Issues:
Car lags horrible, stomp the gas don't wanna move until it reaches around 30-40mph, and then Turbo Spools/Whistles, and then it seems like the car wants to act right..Until it reaches around 95-100mph,and then it starts to jerk etc. But it doesn't shut off, nor does it feel like I'm hitting a brick wall. :ohdamn:

Other:
Sometimes when putting the car in drive, or reverse it'll stall, or want to stall. "When it does stall, it fires right back up" Help anyone?
What all others have been done. Just so y'all know exactly what has been done etc.:
Engine rebuilt, which of course all seals etc. replaced. Water pump, oil pump, radiator, alternator, starter, battery, oil/tranny/coolant change. But Trany wasn't ever rebuilt.
Vacuum Rout:
I have a vacuum line ran from the "wastegate T'd off into the J-pipe" and that vacuum line runs into my "bcs" the button port.

I then ran a vacuum line running from the Intake, which "is the nipple I added" and it runs into my "bcs" top port.

Update:
I checked for shaft play on my Turbo, no play at all, nor movement. Going to order 3" Full Exhaust, Manual Boost Controller, either 650-750cc Injectors, and I made the Turbo Test Pipe etc., will do that when I'm around the car again. IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I'M MISSING I NEED? OTHER THAN A TUNE?! Thanks

My wastegate was so loose, the flange was stuck wide open. I made it tighter, about an inch apart, but the flange piece is now closed. It'll whistle/spool around 1-3rpm now "about 10-15mph" but still lacking power etc. But I hooked up DSMLink, and smashed the pedal to the floor and it's only going to 46% Throttle response. But when I manually do it from under the hood it's giving me 100% Throttle response like nothing..... Cable too long? :/ Wth is going on

Do a boost leak test please! And its not a 16g tubrine headers LOL its just called a exhaust manifold or in your case ss tubular manifold, if you wanted to know LOL! What are you using to tune with? What boost level are you seeing? Have you checked turbo for shaft play? Is your maf plugged in all the way? No messed up wires ?

Lol, oh I didn't know that. I'm still new at this stuff man! I own DSM Link, but I've never used it, the chip is actually in my ECU, got the ECU socket etc. from Thomas. But I never used it, because there's no places around me that tunes, I don't know what the hell I'm doing, and I don't even really want to go crazy with it. I just want to run like 15psi maxed. "SO DO I REALLY NEED A TUNE?" I've heard of people running around stock, little over stock with 16g without tuning. I know, sounds stupid probably. I think my gauge is shit, because it's one of those eletrcial one's. It just shows the numbers, but the only thing it's showing at idle is -14, give it gas it'll go to like -12, and then if I smash it all the way on the free-way it just goes to -7 / -8 that's it. That, I have not done is check for shaft play, and no my wires look fine on my MAF, and it's fully plugged in.

Can someone help me with this, and sorry if it doesn't make sense! But I want to make sure my Vacuum lines are even correct etc., before going and buying the wideband, injectors, o2 housing and full exhaust. I am going to get these parts eventually, as I do have DSMLink now. But can someone help? Thanks

Yeah, I'm going to go tomorrow to buy the sh*t to do a boost leak test, also check the shaft of my turbo. Hope to God it ain't sh*t  If everything is good to go.. What do y'all recommend me doing, just to double check? A wideband, 550cc or larger injectors, o2 housing etc.? :hmm: Please let me know... Okay Jesse, I'll get those. Sucks I spend 20$ on the one's I'm using now, for nothing LOL. If anyone can add me on FB, please do! Frankie Henry, thanks. I appreciate y'alls help! Please be patient with me on all this, still a newbie! Don't get too pissed off at me, LOL.

Any codes? Do a boost leak test and get bpr7es plugs instead
Can you help me out on getting codes? Like sending them here? I hooked it up, connected it live etc.,and that's as far as I got. But not too sure if I should mess with it, before I get other sh*t I need?Yeah, I'm going to go tomorrow to buy the sh*t to do a boost leak test, also check the shaft of my turbo. Well in order to get the codes (if there are any) you'll need to go on the dtc tab in ecmlink and check if there are any. A wideband is what you need next, but I would focus on getting the car running right first. And NGK bpr7es plugs are only 2.50 each

But as I have said before. There isn't anything for you to tune... You can run 16 psi max on your 16g but what is the point... When you don't have bigger injectors. (Not much of a power gain). You have a boost leak. Just go to lowes and make your own tester for $8 and install it on the compressor side of the turbo. If you need a picture I can send you one in the morning.

But am I able to run max, or under 16psi with the 16g, without any tune? and be safe? If this is just a boost leak? I'd only need bigger injectors to go behind 16psi,and be in the safe zone? Yeah, send me a picture man, I'd appreciate it.

Have you changed and thing on your Dsmlink.???

Okay, and dumb question for y'all I know, but how do I do that? and what's the "dtc?" I plugged in the DSMlink last night, hooked up the cable, turned over the key, clicked "connect" it connected, and then I clicked "live connect" I let it run for about 20-30sec., clicked stop, and save as..

No I didn't, but some garage told me they could tune it. I'm not sure he changed anything or not, or what all he did. But he told me he couldn't figure it out. But it's been running like crap, before I bought the DSMLink, and I don't drive the car. I mean I've done quick rides after changing the fuel filter, setting fuel pressure to 43psi, spark plugs .28 etc. But no driving daily. "LETS SAY I DO, DO A BOOST TEST, AND ALL IS GOOD" do I need larger injectors, wideband etc. regardless? If so, and I get all that, can anyone tune my car from their computer? I have "teamview" But I spoke to a tuner in VA. " DJ " He told me all I have to get/order is " 02 dump housing, 550cc or larger injectors, manual boost controller and a wideband" and then he can tune it. :/

Just to clarify, you said it wasn't running good before you installed your eprom ecu/ecmlink?
Yeah! Like when everything was stock, car ran perfect. Then the T25 turbo started grinding. I then took it to a garage, and had the engine rebuilt, and while it was being rebuilt I bought the 16g Turbo,Headers,255 Fuel pump,Intercooler, Fuel Regulator, Intake Cone. Once it was all finished being rebuilt, and all the aftermarket parts installed.. It's ran like shit, about a week after it running like shit someone told me on here to buy the DSMLink, I then bought that.

Okay well that's kind of a lot of different things that could be wrong. For starters tho check for any codes, do a boost leak test and correct any leaks, and I would almost put the stock fuel pressure regulator back in for now.

To check for codes: connect the car to ecmlink on your computer, but don't turn the car on. In the bottom left corner you'll see it says "ecu config (live)", click that. There are a bunch of tabs, towards the very bottom is the tab marked "dtc's". There will be an upper box for engine codes and a lower for emissions. Don't worry about the emissions one. For the engine codes, if there's not anything showing, click the option to the effect of show logged faults, I can't remember exactly what it says. Then let us know if you have any codes and what they are

Okay, I'll run the EcmLink later today, when I get time. The only code it had in the past, when the check engine light was on, was the about the EGR. I bought a block off plate and blocked that. I heard I don't need it anyways? Okay, what if I have the regulator fuel set to 43psi? Should I still put the stock regulator back on?

Yea you don't need it. Is the rest of your emissions removed? And I looked in your gallery and noticed your bov isn't recirculated, I doubt that's making it run bad on it's own but it's not helping.

As far as the fpr, that is the correct setting but I just mean it would help you eliminate that it's a fuel problem. What brand is it?

Not, just blocked it, and plugged the 2 vacuums lines.. It's recirculated, that's an old pic man.

Oh and hey, I did that test with DSML, and clicked "connect" and then it said "complete" I then clicked "config live" This is what I got, when I clicked "DTC" Here's a picture

Did you click update all to see if any came up? And I see in the emissions one the oxygen sensor only has the heater monitor complete, any chance your front O2 is bad?

No I didn't know to click that man, thanks. I will click it next time. How can I tell if the front 02 is bad? The only thing that came up from check engine light was about the EGR. If it's bad, at least my wideband will fix it,with it's own 02 sensor right?
