This came with the car. Since taking this picture I have recirculated it back into the intake. Also, would recirculating it back into the intake put any extra stress on my turbo? I don't want to blow it and I'm wondering if this will do that.

recirculating it is the best and only option unless your tuned on speed density?

Or using a gm mass and maf wire to dsm link or maf translator.

You have a Turbo XS knock off it looks like. So basically a ebay copy of a Turbo XS bov unless you can find it stamped otherwise on the product. Either way its better then the stock platic valve but a POS none the less. Hook that tube back up and divert the air back into the intake. You wont blow your turbo. They are designed that way from the factory to run recirculated.

It is stamped turbo XS. I also have a matching MBC. Is this a good BOV for now? I don't plan on astronomical HP goals. I mean I plan on doing basic upgrades CAI, new chip, exhaust manifold, downpipe, etc. Is this a good BOV or should I look into something else? Thanks for the replies :D

Depending on the condition of the seals, this BOV will likely be more than enough. The only way to know for sure is to do a boost leak test!

So I found that it is a Turboxs Hybrid BOV. I plan on getting hard intercooler piping and looking around I can't find any kind of flanges or anything for it. So what would I need to install hard pipes?

If you've got it and its not leaking, recirculate it and keep on using it.
