Me being as awesome as one can be... Snapped one of my halfshafts on the EG6, doesn't look like i'll be making it to the meet.

:cry:well don't worry... on my way to batesville from cabot, I may have blown my turbo.......

Talonspeed why not just grab the felpro permatorque until you can do it all properly? I wouldn't slap a MLS on without having the block done professionally. The felpro will handle a lot more than you probably plan on throwing at it.

Also twogeezy, upgrade time? ;)

well, my taxes ARE coming in... maybe a 20g?:hellyeah:

Not the turbo thankfully. Just a head gasket. Compression test looked good. Ordering all new gaskets for it and getting a new motor mount. The front one is busted. The turbo looked good though.

Does anyone have any arp head studs for a 7 bolt laying around?

I have that miller tool that puts tension in the tensioner pulley if you need it, but I don't have the screw bolt that hold the tensioner push rod down. The miller tool costed me $40, so and makes the job lots easier. Unless you and bobby is going to do it, and he has it already?

that would be awesome, actually. i'll be back in town tonight at some point.

Also, a big pair of chanelocks slowly putting pressure will compress them back down. And a small allen wrench can be pit in the slot....kind of annoying to do haha

I used the weight of my car to compress it, slowing adding more weight until it was compressed, then using the Allen wrench. You don't want a bad tensioner push rod though. Can make your car jump time.

A 14b is a good budget turbo. I got mine (Colton's now) for $100 off of tuners.

I got a 14b that needs a rebuild. Has lines on it for 2g, o2 housing, oxygen sensor. Too bad your over 3hrs away, id sell it to ya for $50. Ill ship it to you if you want it. Might not be worth it considering it needs a rebuild. . .

I'm in the market for a 190 or 255 fuel pump, and injectors (650-850cc). Someone sell me theirs!! :p

Well finally tore the old engine apart with quite some interesting stuff got some headstuds and mains arps that I can possibly reuse in the next block:sneaky: and some pristine eagle rods and arias pistons that Ill be selling the arias carbon build up prove just how dirty the old engine was running:p
Bearing 4 is the one that spun you can see the line in the bearing and the oiling holes were near nonexistent.

The crank looks good no gouges from what I can tell there is bearing material built up on rod journal 4 but its built material and should machine off, supposedly this is an evo crank.
