I have a turboed 420a and the car ran beautiful for over a year. I let the car sit for a couple of weeks. I drove it to work and it ran fine. I was on my way back home when the car would stall instantly. No hiccups or surging. Just as if you were to turn the key off. I did let the gas tank get close to empty a few times. Anyways, as I press the gas pedal, the car leans out to 17. My fuel pressure gauge shows me that it is in the give or take 40 psi. I am puzzled to why my car is doing this. Do you guys think the fuel pump is shot? I also noticed that the relay for the fuel pump clicks all the time. However, the pump does not prime at times. The car idles just fine. Giving it RPMS will cause it to lean out. I do not see any issues with my tune. Or could it be that the pump is shot and when I increase the gas pedal it starts to choke up? Any sense of direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
