Hi to all...

Before when I used Cruise Control, it was normal working. Orange lamp light in handle went on and stay on. Green also on dash. CC worked great.
Now my problem is that, when i want to activate cc small orange lamp won't stay on. When i release handle light came OFF. What bothers me is that light intensity is much smaller and won't stay on.
Vacuum hoses are in great shape, so i guess it's an electrical problem...

Anybody had a similar problem?

Thank You ;)

While you are driving stick your foot under the clutch pedal and pull up. If the pedal moves and activates the clutch switch you found your problem. Clutch pedal needs repair in this case.

Check the vacuum hose that goes from the vacuum pump to the cruise control unit, most of the time it cracks at the ends or it's puntured preventing the cc from working properly.

Still call it the disconnect switch on either clutch and/or brake pedal.

Have you pulled the plug off of both switches, stuck a paper clip in the plugs sockets to create the complete circuit then give it a test?

If light comes on and the green light in the inst panel, either the switch is bad or just out of adjustment - not a uncommon thing for a switch to work itself out of adjustment - had to adjust it in my Laser.

Problem solved.
I replace handle with new (used) and lamp stays ON.
