So, after seeing this car on the internet for close to a year, I finally pulled the plug and made the 1,500 mile round trip journey to get it. The car sat in a field in Ivesdale Illinois since 2006 after a timing belt failure. The body is 100% straight, and 100% rust free. Everything on the car is 100% original, since the PO was a Mitsubishi mechanic who had a heart attack and could no longer work on cars.

Plans-

Return the car to 100% original and OEM condition and enjoy it that way. :thumb:

It wasn't really listed for sale, per say. It was on the owners website, but it never said for sale. One day I emailed and asked and he said that it was. The car has 162k, but it looks like it has about 50k on it. Here's a picture of what it looks like clean.

That makes sense. I look a lot on craigslist and am still trying to find one like you just found. It does look like a really nice car. Paint looks great for being out in a field for so long!

Find anything interesting in it yet like any mice or anything bizarre?

It was never on craigslist.. I look on there as well, but people that know what they have usually want a small fortune.

Edit: No mice poop that I have seen. It did come with a 90 EPROM ECU. Other than that it's completely stock, no surprises.
