The other end goes to the nipple on your wastegate.

It'll be like one of the two pictures below, depending on if you're using an internal or external wastegate:

If the wastegate hole on the turbo is welded shut you need a wastegate off your manifold. Do you have one? In this case follow the external wastegate diagram.

It is welded shut. So i can just tap a "T" into the bov to the intake manifold?

Does the 1g bov have that?

No.

Blow-Off valves and wastegates are different things, and wholly independent of one another. If you're installing a boost controller, you'd have no reason to fiddle with your valve or the associated vacuum lines.

The MBC is not connected to the BOV. The controller sits between the wastegate and the turbo. You're 'intercepting' the pressure your wastegate sees, so you can fool it into opening when the desired pressure is reached, as opposed to whatever pressure the wastegate was originally designed to open at. The vacuum routing must be done in the way others have already told you.

Alright thanks. What are the ways i can run an external wastgate? o2 housing and the manifold? Anything else?

You have two options. If the flapper is welded shut, you should use a manifold with wastegate provision. Now if you want to use an o2 housing with wastegate provision you will need to open up that hole and cut the flapper off.

Also OP, that boost controller in your first picture is a bleeder style mbc. You can't just hook it up from wastegate to boost source, you need to also connect it to your intake charge pipe.

More info:
There are 2 different types of manual boost controllers: ball-and-spring an bleeder.

BALL AND SPRING
A ball and spring MBC has only 2 lines going to it. It's a check valve. You connect a pressure source to the nipple the ball seats against, and you connect the WG to the other nipple. You'll plug the nipple on the intake pipe that the stock BCS was connected to.

BLEEDER
A bleeder style MBC also has 2 lines going to it, but it also needs a T installed. The T is placed with one nipple going to the WG, one nipple going to a pressure source, and the other connecting to one of the nipples on the MBC. The other nipple on the MBC gets connected back to the intake where the stock boost controller was connected to. The stock setup is an electronic bleeder type boost controller. You'll just be installing a manual one. You can actually just unplug the 2 hoses off the stock controller and put them on a bleeder style on and have it work.

You should have your boost source either on the compressor cover, on the j-pipe, or on the IC piping near the turbo. I wouldn't suggest running a line all the way from the intake manifold.

Several different MBC manufacturers suggest tapping the BOV line. DON'T DO THIS! The BOV should be on it's own dedicated line from the intake manifold.

You should have everything you need to know now. I hope.

OP do A LOT more reading it'll go a long way. simple answer the other hose will go to the wastegate

Thanks you everyone for the help and the information. The community is very friendly and always willing to help. Im sorry if i upset anyone. I will be replacing the mbc thanks for the suggestions. It came with the car when i bought it. I was so existed and looking forward to installing a new turbo that i looked past the research on external wastgates. Thanks again for the help!

Dude if your profile is up to date and you install a 20g you should say goodbye to your engine, you have no fuel mods!!!

PLEASE READ UP ON WHAT TO UPGRADE WHEN BEFORE STARTING YOUR CAR AND DO SOME GOOGLE SEARCHES AND FORUM SEARCHES WHEN YOU THNK YOU HAVE THE SUPPORTING MODS FOR A 20G.

Btw not trying to sound rude but this info is CRUCIAL. I would hate to see you blowup your dsm, and it already seems like your ready to build a better car then the previous owner who was just trying to cheap things out it seems like.
