Gates = Win. Been running them for years and never once had a failure.

Save for that damn oil pan bolt on my first rebuild ever. Wasn't aware of the length difference. Cut that belt right in half and it never skipped a beat.

I use gates for pretty much all belt related parts :) alternator and power steering belts are gates racing.....they don't seem any different LOL

Yep. Happened to me as well haha. I caught it because the upper timing cover was off LOL.

I thought they looked pretty cool, thought I might try them......I'm not a fan of the autometers I have in right now

On the timing belt note...I wouldn't think of putting a greddy timing belt....with them you're just paying for a name and they aren't that high quality anymore....sucks really. On a radiator note, I'm switching mine and I'm thinking a 3 core mishimoto..thoughts? There fan shroud kit and all.

Mainly asking cause mine is broken on the inlet and it popped off the other day.....not comforting at all. And I need the fan kit cause I'm not putting holes in a brand new one LOL

Just some food for thought - Aluminum radiators get VERY hot. I've burnt the skin from my fingers a few times by forgetting about this and leaning into the engine bay. Rubber-coat the top with undercoating. It actually adds a very nice look/texture to it. Also saves your hand from being scalded. Gets rid of the under-hood bling bling though.

^ I've done the same, burnt my hands more then once because they stay hot for a good amount of time after. I put heat wrap on mine, doesn't look bad at all and keeps you from burning yourself.

Just another option if you don't want to undercoat the top of your fancy looking radiator.

Good to know. You recommend the 2 core or 3 core? Also look at my 3 month old plugs xD bad o2 will do some damage LOL

You know much about steering systems? Inch or more of play in it, rack is 2 years old next month, passenger side has a new outer tie rod and the rack came with 2 new inners...I'm sick of it though xD

Need 2g MAFT if anyone has one for sale. Also need fuel pump, AR and GM Maf. Let me know.
