I'm in the middle of restoring a 1992 eagle talon tsi and I am replacing all of the timing components. My question is how do you accurately gauge the tension of the balance shaft belt? I understand with the happy face pully. All of the literature I have seen don't really give u a specific number rather just not to tight and not to loose?
