Me too! How are you cutting? Or do you have a sheer? I have a short route fmic so stock location doesnt work unless thing is short
The two "front" faces were cut via vertical band saw, the rest were sheared. I have an ETS short route as well with no fitment issues.

Those beads look to far apart. When your do a leak test its more prone to leak. You need close beads to ensure a better seal. But other then that its not bad. !
