Current bottom end should be good to 550ish reliably. I'm probably going to run 450ish to 500 which is PLENTY on the street, but want to get another block to build a aluminum long rod motor, with a static compression around 12:1.

My build will no where near that much HP. Lol it's going to have my baby to carry

HAHA, I'm a recently single man that just bought a house. I've been spending my extra income on "life experiences" and not so much on the car, but it is getting closer. I did however find out that the S25g hits my starter solenoid so I'm gonna have to get the S366 rebuilt and stick it on, just gotta get some coin set aside to send to Justin, then order fuel system lines and fittings.

Nice! i wanna see how it really turns out. Im taking pics of mine now since i saved it from a high school kid who was about to rice it :nono:
Im slowly racking up parts and should be starting my journal soon but like any other dsm'er can back me up on this money doesnt go on tree though we all wish it did:hellyeah:

Got the injectors and coils wired up today for sequential, I know this is moving slow but things will start to pick up now that its nice outside most days...the coils are sitting where I plan on mounting them for the most part. I need to get some sheet metal to make the mounting bracket. Going to reroute some vac lines to accommodate for the coils being in the way of a vac line...

Did you follow a guide or have some help when you did your 2.4 swap? Just wondering since I'm looking at options right now and may end up doing something similar.

No guide here, I did however buy the 2.4 from a member on 2gnt.com when my last motor went on the dyno(oil pump) but I have been researching around this stuff for a long time. Most people don't realize how long neon and 2gnt guys have been doing the 2.4 swap.

Got the FMIC on and bumper trimmed for it. Also got the 1g radiator secured in place. Getting closer even if it is at a snails pace :p

So I didn't like the way the previous coil mounts turned out so I got another type of coil mount and am going to mount them beside the new small battery. Now I just need to get some more MSD wire to make the coil plugs reach the further distance.

Pulled it out of the garage today under its own power! Now give it a bath and get a battery for the laptop so I can tune it on the road!

So I've been a little busy on getting Shadowdash hooked up in the car and instead of going with a CD play/Radio set up I decided to go with a Tablet...I couldn't tell you the last time I listened to CD's( I listen to records more than CD's) so I took the plunge.

Tablet is secured in the dash via a magnet mount and is easily taken out of car when I leave and to stick back in. I'm working/deciding on if I want to notch the side of the dash for a charging cord to be wired in.
Other than that I heat wrapped the downpipe and whatnot today and tweaked on the tune some more. Still have a ways to go with it but its running better than ever and boost ok up to about 11 psi! More videos to come!
