I try not to be too much of a Grammar Nazi; But Jesus man, at least TRY.

A wideband O2 sensor monitors your air to fuel ratio. I'm not even going to bother with your second question.

and ho would i get my car to sound like john shephards talon while keeping it mostly street leagl?

If you're asking what a wideband sensor does you're not ready for a car that "sounds" like that. Research, research, research. There is enough useful information on this site to get you there but it's going to take time and hard work. The other option is to bring your car to a performance shop with a giant bag of $100 bills and they can do it for you.

Your best option based on your questions.

Displays Air/fuel ratio. Usually from ~9 to ~20. Usually 0 to 5vdc signal.
But WOW, what a post. Im not a mean guy but this is one ridiculous question that easily could have been googled. It has nothing to do with the sou........you know, nevermind.

Spelling, punctuation, and grammar are important on this forum. The moderators of this site put forth a lot of effort to keep it clean. We just don't see posts like this often, all we ask is that you try a little harder. It's probably a good practice to use in your everyday life anyways.

How about learning why shep's car sounds/runs the way it does!!! Then apply said knowledge to your own car!! This is a thread that didn't need to be, sorry to say o.p.! Of you can search for a answer for what a wideband is you have a long hard expensive road ahead of you owning a 4g63!!
