That's what I was told. Most likely that will be the route I take. I read online that you can get the knockoff aeromotive and replace the internals with a aeromotive rebuild kit and it works just as good. I might try it out.

To the OP, there's an aeromotive AFPR in black listed on the tuners classified currently

First: Everything read online should be read with a grain of salt.

Second: Fuel is what keeps your combustion chambers from turning into oxygen torches. To save less than $100 on something that keeps $1000+ components in check is.....:banghead:

Third: That thing looks cheesy.

Fourth: A lot of people talk about buying knockoff then installing legit internals. Until they realize the price of internals can often come close to the actual unit itself. (Tial BOV for example). Also most expensive things come with a beautiful something called a Warranty; which is often first class and pain free. :thumb:

You can get them (proven ones) for $150 all day in classifieds (or anywhere, they are not DSM specific. They are are universal parts)

Probably ~$100 if you hustle hard. Lower if you are very lucky.

...19 people bought these? ...

Yes I understand the importance of the fuel system. Not saying I was going to SKIMP out or anything I was just asking for peoples opinions on the listed item. I will more than likely be going with aeromotive since I see them being used the most it seems like.

SX makes good stuff and is cheaper than the common brands you see people running. I don't know if its changed but they used to manufacture all of aero motives stuff for them. I used to have an a1000 pump and weld on sump from them that I got for half the price of having the aero motive brand on it. They used to offer direct sales so try googling them.
