Any recommendations for a machine shop in Oregon that is experienced with 4g63 motors?

There is always english racing right across the bridge if you want your dsm done right.

I emailed them to see about having machine work done but didn't get a response.

What exactly are u trying have done at the machine shop? Theres tons of machines shops in the usa LOL.

Block bored and prepped then rotating assembly balanced. I know there is lots of shops but would like one with 4g63 experience and does quality work.

I ran a shop here in Eugene for years. I used Engine Research and Development for all my work. He has become quite familiar with 4g63's. I chose him because of his huge background in racing and excellent work. I will let him borrow my torque plate for your work if you have him work on your engine. Feel free to call/text me and I can put you in touch with him. Jesse 541-337-4792

Rather most machine shops can do that all thats basic engine mechanics for rebuilding motors. Revolution has a good idea for u you will be fine with most machine shops doing that type of work. :thumb:

Yes I have text revolution as he lives couple hrs away. Sounds good but sure hes busy for the holiday and have to get the motor out and ready to go anyways. And as far as basic machine work at shops you have been lucky to not have a bad experience. I personally had a 2000 dollar set of brodix heads off my 377 ruined during a basic valve job. Yes the shop got me new heads but it did not include all of port and machine work that had already been put into those heads. Not knocking on anyone but would like to do high horsepower build and would really just like a shop with good reputation with 4g63 performance.

Thanks for all the input guys pretty sure found new shop to go to close by. And a plus...got to meet another close true dsmer. Thx revolution for all the help and info, ###### leaning towards aluminum again! :)
