The more i see your welds gamble it seems like you have a lazy wrist they are always inconsistent. I am not being negative but giving constructive criticism.

I appreciate it. I think my welding was better about a year ago, since then i haven't had as much time to weld as I would like. I used to weld daily, now with the 2nd kid here there is no time after a long work day, hour commute each way and the worst is probably the carpel tunnel in both of my wrists. Shit is so bad I can't turn a screwdriver for more than a short period of time. But I'm making an appointment to get a steroid shot in both wrists so hopefully that will help.

Cortisone injection ftw!

I am really nervous about it. Hope it doesn't hurt. Had 2 of them on my back and it hurt like a bi*** and I was drugged up.

Not bad, see how much easier it is with a better torch :)

Got to unbox the new tweco 141i. Tested it out on mig and it's a good solid machine. I never played with inductance yet, so I have mixed feelings about it. It's just another knob to fine tune and if it's off, you will be scratching your head for awhile.

I don't personally care for the regulators. I like the look and style and feel, but this one crapped out after 5 minutes and my other one crapped out after a few hours.

Tried some 6013 and to my surprise it ran silky smooth! Usually I have issues with stick welding, but in this case it came out great. Thus far $595 it's a no brainer to have a mig/stick/tig. Does not come with the tig torch of foot pedal. Tig torch needs a gas valve.
And yes your foot pedal from the 186 will in fact work (per victor) haven't tried it just yet. Waiting on my torch to show up.

Check out my unboxing video if you want to see everything it comes with and be sure to give me a thumbs up so I can keep these first hand look videos coming. Will do a video on the rest mig/stick/tig when the rest of the accessories show up.

The foot pedal and tig torch came today. whooo hooo.
who said retail price? LOL

Dr today said no shot just ibprofen and some other crap to see if my wrists get better :( and wrist braces or whatever these are.

Miller has an adapter to go to a 14pin foot pedal for the diversion, then buy the wifi foot pedal

I looked into this WiFi stuff and had a chat with my boss and he thinks its a great idea but the HF frequency in most work shops would screw up the signal and you might not get a constant current due to the wrong signal but if they managed to figure it out then great!

on another note I am making my exhaust system next weekend so I will update with pics and the build process, Will be fully purged aswell, more info when im done with it

Build my own cat back or buy one from ebay? I would like to build my own 3" now I have my welder but I think it would be more cost effective to buy one from ebay.. What do you think? will be for my awd swap

Always build your own! and if you bought a welder then your way above cost effective now!

yea. My thought exactly. Plus the awd is pretty simple and straight.

Thinking of making a side exit with the spare bumper I have and some extra pipe
