What really is the best way to run the oil feed line to a mhi 20g? Ive heard to run it from the head and not the oil filter housing but i have a 2g so how would i run it from the head? And where can i get the kit from?

Either run it from the oil filter location with a -4an line and proper restrictor to lower oil pressure to turbo. Or run it off the head with -4an line and no restrictor is needed. Something like this EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts, and I would just call and ask about the block off bolt to block the old feed location. When I did mine I just used the old fitting and welded it shut so it wouldn't leak, and so I wouldn't have to search for something that would fit.

I run my MHI 20G from the OFH with no additional restrictor other than the small feed hole in the CHRA, however I also still have balance shafts, and my 200k mile stock bottom end needs 20w50 just to get 15psi oil pressure at a 850rpm warm idle. I still see less than 80psi oil pressure at 7k rpm.

Just run it from the head with a stock 1g feed line, cheap and works with zero issues. I ran my 20g for 2 years this way, was still like new when I sold it.
