as I tore apart my harness I found that mitsu just crimped a few of the same color wires to one or a few wires to basically attach them all at one point? is this okay to do so cause I have a few plugs to wire in still and not enough wires and according to all the diagrams I was given a lot of them run into eachother

As long as what ever you intent to power off those wires is meant to function at the same time, no prob.
just consider that those OE taps are designated anf rooted to a fuse so what ever you tap in may or may not overload that wire causing a fuse to blow.
The other factor Is that some of those "power" wires are feed off a relay so it may turn on and off in regards to its purpose. just be conscious about things like that and you should be ok.

Last thing is that if you are adding aftermarket things in to your OE wires, make sure it has its own fuse.
