So on 9-30-13, I ordered a set of shifter cables from DSM Graveyard. Their site said that they are a special order item, and would take 3-5 to ship. So after 5 FULL bussiness days it still says "processing", so I emailed them. Got an automated response, saying that they are happy I am a customer and that they will get back with me, blaa blaa blaa.....so after 8 business days, I sent another with no reply, and then I called them. They stated that I would be on VIP status, and they would ship the second they got them in. THEN I got an email at 11 pm saying that they were recently a victim of fraud and that they have been experiencing longer than normal processing times. So after 11 business days, I email them AGAIN, this time very disgruntled, and no reply. Here it is now, a FULL 14 business days, nothing from them, STILL says processing. The money came out of my checking account that very day, and I am SOOOOOO pissed at them, they cant even let me know what is going on, cant reply to an email, and basically blow me off when I call. I am wondering if anyone else has these issues with them, because they are one of the worst companies I have ever encountered, it has been almost 3 full weeks and they still have not shipped my cables, I wish there was someone I could report them to, I am very vindictive when someone f***s with me and I havent had the courtacy of a reach around. I guess I mainly posted this to ask if anyone else has had the worse customer service in the world from this site or if its just me., and i guess I just need to vent because they are only like 4 hours away and I am half tempted drive there so they have to look me in the eyes when they lie to me. Also my car has been sitting this whole time because of the broken shifter cable, therefore I cannot even drive my eclipse, so I am BEYOND pissed
