Diesel trucks don't have BOVs. They don't have a throttle plate except for 03-06 Ford 6.0 Powerjokes. Apparently ford couldn't figure out their problems with VGT Turbos so a throttle plate would help.

Back on topic. I have my 95 GSX while in high school. Spent most of her time in my shop and a lot of the panels on the car were different colors (Car was a POS when i bought it). Now that I have my XXR 527 and its plasti-dipped blue, once the HY35 begins spooling at 2500-3000 rpm, people turn and look. Sucks that I couldn't turn heads in High school, only in college.

Actually in wisconsin it's pretty out of style. It never was when I was in highschool. No one here has expensive cars. It's milwaukee lets face it.. All anyone cares about here is clothes. I had my camaro and firebird and no one gave two shits about how cool they were. My buddy has a 74 vette and no one cares. I just thought it was like that everywhere.

Forgot to mention the chick I knew that drove a non turbo spyder . I just had surgery yesterday so, i'm slowly about to mod mine up.

I've got my gst when I was a sophomore in highschool, drove that for a year then picked up my gsx and drove that my junior year. I just started my senior year and people don't seem to care about it. There are MAYBE 3 other people with modded cars where I am so reactions are minimal. Kids driving BMWs and Benz think they have the fastest cars and like to call names, but they back off when they hear my Tial whipple away.

I had a DSM in high school...it was 4 years old at the time.

I had a 1.8 my sophmore year but no one really cared much about it then the talon I have now came along going into junior year but I didnt drive it to school all that much because i built it the winter of junior year and into senior year. I took it to school a couple times that year and ran it off the als in the auto garage while the teacher was in a meeting. That lead to the end of "Freestyle Friday" hahaha

I did not have mine in HS. I bought it new the year after in 99. But I drove my 51 ford f1 truck in HS
