Lol I need one thats 85mm so I can bore it to 85.5mm. The 2 I have are 85.5 and need to be bored to 86mm witch I think is .30 over. I cant use the ones I have

Are the cylinders out of round or are the cylinder walls damaged? If not, a light hone will clean it up and still should keep it within limits to reuse.

The machine shop said it would be best to just bore it. I dont want to risk it and have to much clearance and have the pistons slap. I just want to be sure its done right

You still need a block.
does it matter if it has oil jets or not.

I just got one from Miguel. But I wouldn't mind having a back up block. How much are you looking to get for it?
