After a few years away from racing, I took the time out to do an auto set up on my evo 3 lancer.I used an auto out of a 97 model mitsubishi RVR Hyper Gear.
The auto was pulled down and re built with stronger internals etc.Im using the stock converter re stalled etc.
After a day on the dyno we ended up with 440whp on 26psi and 500whp on 30psi with E85.Im so happy with the results, so now its time to take it to the track.
Specs are
Built auto with a forced four shift box, evo 7 gta steering wheel and button shifted
4g64 Block de stroked to a 2.1
Alloy grp rods
Manley crank
JE pistons
Ported head, o/s valves etc.
custom grind cams around 290
9 year old GT35R turbo 1.06 rear
hypertune intake
1600cc injectors, twin 044 pumps
Haltech E11 ecu
msd dis ignition
The dyno graph reads in KW and the rpm was out as I turned it to 9000 not 12000
When it was a manual it made 640whp and I ran a best time of 9.67@152(2005)
