All the idle tuning and cruise steps are done. Boost leak test included.

Not fuel cut. Your injectors are still on during all your 100% TPS sections.

Are you able to even get a full WOT pull done? I don't see anything in here that looks odd.

The only thing I might suggest is trying a different DA fuel table. Yours has a ton of cells at 14.7 target AFR, and because of that, not a very smooth ramp to your actual target WOT AFR. But I wouldn't think this would cause the issues you're experiencing.

I might try replacing my spark plugs. I got BPR9es. I'll try 7's and hope that fixes the problem. As soon as i try to hit boost it sputter so I was thinking plugs. I cant get it to do a full WOT pull either.

Ok thanks. I'll place a order asap.

Yeah they had them instock. Most of the time its special order.

Holy rich pig batman!

JK. your actual fuel hardly lines up with the desired fuel at all. I suppose you are on MAF setup, I am only familiar with SD, but it looks like you need to pull a lot of fuel, and not in your Fuel target map(technically add a lot of air, not pull a lot of fuel). In the MAF comp map. The ecu thinks a lot more air is entering the engine than there really is.

Heres a comparison of my Target AF vs Actual AF compared to yours. My error is +/- 5% at the max and I can still get it closer (work in progress)

Yours is terribly far off. At least its all in one direction, that points to global, and/or deadtime...

Also when you are going WOT please do it all at one time. You have very little instances of being at any stable throttle position. Any help most of us can offer requires a simple log. yours is pushing that boundary.

Heres a pic. and heres the key:

Purple- Actual AFR
Yellow- Target AFR
Green- Throttle Pos.

I'll throw in the BPR7es and make a new log tonight once i get home from work, if that ever happens.

I found a popped off coupler when I was going to put my plugs in. A big cause of not being able to go WOT.

Fixed all my problems and I am able to actually go into WOT. Here is a log. What do I need to do to get this thing right. Thanks.

The LC-1 is brand new. I calibrated it when I installed it. I think it builds boost fine. This is a HX40....huge turbo.

being a 2.0 with 272 on hx40 i think the spool up is good. U might be maxing out your maf. I forget what a stock 2g maf can handle.

You might want to upgrade to V8 full, ## load is off the scale, maf reading is off scale. hard to tune WOT if u are off the scale. Your tune overall is not bad at all. Rich on the top end though maf comp sliders could fix that if u weren't off the scale.

I take it youre on 93 oct? Dude, that looks REALLY good. Youre flowing an honest 50lbs min. Ive seen my mafraw hit 3200hz on a cold day, it still hits its target and yours looks even better. Awesome turbo, im surpised it can do so well on pump with no knock at all!

I'm on 91 oct too. I need to upgrade to SD. I don't think this 2g maf will handle anymore.

The 2g MAF is about to it's limits, but you can upgrade to v3 full to get the MAF Clamp feature which will allow you to run it higher. Or just switch to SD :)

Looking at your second pull, around 68.737 seconds, you can see that you need some airflow tuning as your LC-1 deviates from the AFRatioEst line.

I'm also not sure if targeting 11:1 on 91 octane is the best. You might want to adjust your fuel DA table a bit to account for the fuel.

What do you adjust when you need to adjust airflow to get it inline with the LC-1? Also what would be a good target for 91 oct?

How do I adjust it to target to 10.5. Sorry for the noob questions.
