I'm screamingdsm on Instagram LOL. That Malibu use to be a good friends Malibu. That car on the old motor use to sit on the bumper at the track. He has since moved on to a 2 door Malibu with a twin turbo 632ci outlaw drag radial car. This is actually vs another local that goes down at a "special" nj location

Are they going to put a slick on the car now! That Dsm needs a 24" slick on it. A local buddy of mine had a 26" Hoosier on his 5spd before he got them I old him to get 24"ers. Finally he got rid of the stock suspension and the 26" QTPS (which he went 1.57 60s on) for coil overs and a 24" slick. Slicks save the driveline. All I ever ran with my 5spd. With the auto I now have a set of wheels with drag radials also to play around on, but the Hoosier are for fun. 26" is good for autos, 24" perfect for 5spd

This is a stock block car runs well.

But I'll be coming up to chill with you guys.....make some money LOL. It's only a full weight automatic on gas LOL.

nice, so ## the screaming dsm LOL.. i been telling my frend chris to go with the qtps since they bought those radials a while back ago.. the 24.5 i feel are a perfect size for the track, I actually have a set lined up for my car.. these kids Only street race, i feel the qtps will get the job done on the street.. 24.5s may lead them to spin more in the streets..

Have to test. 26 will slow the car down a little. My buddy in that video went from a 26 till I finally convinced him to get rid of them and get 24.5s and he said its the best thing he ever did. Car dead hooked on both tires but the car picked up on the 24s. I mean the car is already spinning on the drag radials and breaking shit, the slicks will hold the car together. My buddy has been on he Trans (home built) transfer case and every other driveline part for 4 years

Drag radials are way stiff. I ran my car (unknowingly) for 4 years on a un welded center diff in my auto car. 1.48 60 foots never broke. Until the front diff weld broke from turning. Yep the front diff the shop booger welded and didn't weld the center at all..

There is a fella down here in SC wanting to race the 1g fr the video...

What vechile does he drive?? That car should be back up and running in the next 2 weeks :thumb:...

My car on the other hand has turned into a street /daily driver so 9s is not a goal no more but having a daily driver 600hp dsm is the new goal and whatever times that brings me ill take :thumb:
