Looking for dsmlink in an ecu as soon as possible and see them on here but does it matter what year of ecu it comes from?

If you have the metal 97 ecu, you can get it converted to eprom and you will not need to invert cas or switch spark plug wires.
The years of the ECU from 95-99 with ecmlink doesnt matter.
Metal ecu? So I can't use 91-94 one?
When you invert the cas thru link i dont think it requires you to swap plugs.. All you have to do is check in the box and your done.
It can only be installed in 95-97 ECUs
Your wrong.. You can use a 95 eprom ecu with link from 95-99
Someone just told me I would have to change firing order. True? And how would you do that?
No, you just check in the box under invert cas and your good to go.
