I guess they released an update on their FB page.

Evidently, this guy who filmed it helped throw the meat out right after and it was never eaten. His father attempted to "sell" the video, but couldn't find a buyer. The manager on duty was also fired.

Of course it was never eaten... So they say or so there is no proof. Plus someone is going to get fire. And that dude had to have either helped them throw it out or known about it somehow. Doesn't change the scandle

Golden Corral is the nastiest most disgusting place I ever seen, went there once and just to see the way their work and the endless lines of people just to get a miserable piece of meat was completely depressing. Did it once, paid for it, ate nothing and will never ever do it again. Although? Got lucky with a very cute waitress. I guess at the end wasn't that bad !

The guy who made the video admitted it was never eaten and that he helped throw it out.

It doesn't change anything really. Since this video became viral, other people have come forward saying they same type of thing happens at theirs, and guess what, many other establishments.

I just don't get why people don't come forward right away when they see this happening. I wouldn't feel right letting people eat anything resembling that garbage.
