what you guys suggest me to go with oem or aftermarket bushings? Im building a comfortable and smooth dd. Will have ac,ps and other stuff. I'm trying to get as low vibration as possible.

Stick to oem. Aftermarket ones tend to be geared towards motorsports. As a result, they also tend to be stiffer, giving the car even more vibration

is it a good thing to mix the bushings? let say sway bar link bushing from energy suspension and knuckle oem? and waht is a good source to buy oem bushings from?
will solid rear subframe (aluminum) bushings add lots of vibration?

If you put aluminum mounts anywhere on your car you will be upset with the amount of vibration added. Solid mounts should be considered race car only status. The amount of vibration will make one lose their mind. Even Delrin and urethane bushings can easily add lots of unwanted vibration and should only be considered when its necessary in a high HP daily driver.

Everything above is an opinion I've formed based on driving vehicles with different stages of bushings replaced.

Mixing bushings can be okay as long as you keep symmetry on the car.

I dropped the rear subframe and whole bushings are shot.so in order to put oem bushings i got to buy new subframe 935$. In that case i guess only aluminum bushings are available. Not sure about front subframe yet,because im goin step by step with the rear suspension now..l.

Go to a junkyard and get a used rear subframe. use OEM bushings, and fill the spaces with Urethane Windshield adhesive. a bit stiffer than OEM, and softer than Aftermarket.

There are aftermarket urethane bushings available as well.

+1 on the window weld I run all my bushings and motor mounts that can be filled like this, stiffens them up great but still absorbes most vibrations. Make shifting feel much more positive when you fill the roll stop and side motor mounts FYI.
