While you ####s were shouting at the devil, I was in league with Satan.

whatever happened to the old school linkin park. I still rock them hardcore just about everytime im turnin wrenchs. but all the newer stuff Im not really into.
I know- there's an entire series of music that is missing. I LOVED some of the shit in the Linkin Park Hybrid Theory era....my local channel 105.9 plays it all the time but I can't find music like that anywhere on Sirius.

I listen to a lot of different bands and genres but here are the top played bands in my iTunes (I guess this isn't the greatest way to measure because stuff that has been in there longer has an advantage but whatever...):

In Flames
Dark Tranquility
EluveItie
Nightwish
Rammstein
We Are The Fallen
Gojira
Sirenia
As I Lay Dying
and
Linkin Park

Thats what im talking about right there. Me mainly older rock and you can never go wrong with some heavy metal, Gets me pumped :hellyeah:

i guess im probably going to be one of the few but i generally listen to rap but i love all kinds of music its just what i mainly listen to in my garage.

All the rap is sweet to. Just gotta be in the mood for which ever genre. Rap is sweet it gets ya pumped up just like metal. Metal and rock is just, well gets you pumps also LOL, country ill blare that as loud as possible. I live in a small town of maybe 700 at the most so nobody says anything bout country regardless if its old or newer. Lmao

I've never been able to get into country music. I like so many different types of music but that is one genre I just can't find anything I like in...

Ok I lied. I like "I am a man of constant sorrow." but that is about it... LOL

Lmao. I think everybody likes that 1 but also becuase of the movie

Charm city devils redid "man of constant sorrow" it's a very good rock version

My girl actually introduced me to Nightwish and Within Temptation. I'll listen to them a lot, and a whole lot of Thousand Foot Krutch(their recent album is awesome). Linkin Park is a staple, Three Days Grace, etc. My go to bands are usually Nightwish and TFK though.

I love Nightwish, the Native American, Mr. Two Hawks, who plays with them on some older stuff actually use to run a "spritual journey" program for the inpatient boys home that my wife worked out. I love me some Dragonslayer as well for good garage motivation.

My brothers listen to that. It drives me nuts.

I don't blame you. As I Lay Dying plays some pretty hard stuff. If you don't like that style too much they would not be something you want to turn on haha. There comes a point for everyone that the music just gets too hard and turns to noise. They aren't passed that threshold for me but there are a lot of bands like that, that are... LOL.

Nightwish is badass. If you like them you have to look up
(Band - Album)
Delain - April Rain,
Epica - Design Your Universe,
Serenia - The 13th Floor,
Battlelore - Doombound ,
Krypteria - My Fatal Kiss,
Leaves Eyes - Njord,
Trail Of Tears - Bloodstained Endurance,
Xandria - Neverworld's End,
We are the Fallen - Tear the World Down

That is in no particular order at all LOL. You have to check them all out and see which ones you like.

This is definitely a cool thread. Anyone jam some pop punk? The Story So Far, A Loss For Words, Man Overboard, Blink 182, Simple Plan, Sum 41? Stuff makes me all nostalgic from when I was a little kid listening to it!

Definitely reminds me of my high school days. Don't forget sugarcult, newfound glory, the starting line, or rufio
