I did a quick search and only found solutions suggesting replacing shaft seals....
I replaced my shaft seals about a month ago, and this is the first time the car has been started since I replaced them. I have a large air leak on the back side of the TB coming from the return spring. This leak was present when I fired up the car days before replacing the seals, yet it wasn't there when the old engine broke down. I'm using the same intake manifold, TB, TB elbow, and the gaskets are both new along with the shaft seals. As you can see in the video, the leak goes away when I up the RPMs. Is there any other possibilities other than still the shaft seals? I don't think it's the seals because the install went well and they weren't deformed or anything after running the plate shaft back through. I'm at a loss here...
