So I like to browse foreign forums for different ideas, and to see what the rest of the world is up to, russia has dsm forums and they are pretty cool! PR, Mexico and australia has evo/dsm forums but I cant find any JAPANESE forums!!!

I know there are no japanese DSM forums but what about EVO forums? how do they communicate and/or socialize within???

In Japan there are a couple of popular DSM group websites. Not a forum in the sense of the board, but we post meet dates and times and pictures. I dont have the link saved on my phone but when I get to the house I will post it up. On the original "Eclipse of Japan" Geocities url, my 1G was actually a featured ride a few times.

This is the main Eclipse owners club page. If you go to the links some of the listed elcipse pages are some of the old school ones that have been around since the 90's. They have the traditional DIY sections and members galleries.

One thing to note that is even though it was a DSM meet we welcomed other mitsu cars such as the FTO/GTO and Starion. So you will see those cars frequently in the DSM circles and meets.

Eclipse Owner's Club

If you notice on the original Eclipse page I posted a screen capture of from above. The first section that starts with "What's Eclipse" there is a picture of a horse. In the Japanese circles it is understood that Mitsubishi selected the moniker "Eclipse" after the undefeated 18th Century British Thoroughbred racehorse which went undefeated its entire career.
