Looks good was the car white originally? Like in your profile?
Te37 looks good too and light

It's really all about your own personal prefrences. I like simple five spoke rims, nothing flashy. Everyones ideas of a "good" look will be different. Do what fits the budget and your personality. But god please no spinners LOL.

17" SSR GT1 Wheels (Lightweight) - Sale! - DSM Classifieds

Basically a split spoke version of the Integral, looks great on a black 1G IMO. I had a set of 16" Integrals on my car when I first got it, still kicking myself for selling them.

My favorite rims are still 5zigen Fn01R-c's. It's a sick looking 5 spoke. Literally looks good on almost every sports car/tuner.

I think simple 5 spoke wheels would look good. My favorite wheels that I picked up on a budget (profile pic) would be the 2G gst 5 spokes. I got them in a junkyard and traded in some old ugly wheels that had screw on center caps LOL.

Oh man, I wish my center caps were screw on. These "cheap" fitting RAYS caps are like 20 bucks apiece and I lose one every few months or so. I like simple five stars as well and on a black car I'd want painted silver wheels.

I am a huge fan of the evo 8 or 9 but more the 8 for 1g:

Anything concave, spokes sticking out past lip is ugly IMO.

These wheels look good (maybe rpf1's, my monitor sucks)

This is a good look, fat tire, little dish to it:

About all Im finding googling at the moment. But these cars look good with 5 spokes, like almost cant look bad with a 5 spoke of any kind (chrome anything excluded).

I have always been a fan of ROTA slipstreams with a big sidewall. Gives it a beefy "i will eat your children" look IMO.

If I wasn't doing rotas, I would vote +1 on EVO 8s.

Again, IMO, 1gs need a simplistic, >17" wheel. It doesn't have the "modern" look to pull off big volks, BBS or deep dish.

Fd or rsx wheels

so many options i just don't know, i like the evo 9 5 spoke wheels and i like rpf'1s. i definitely want something that is aftermarket so i can have different options with wheel sizes

Should definitely go with the rpf1s. Those are my next choice. I currently have 2g Oz edition wheels on my black 1g and love em.

18s are too big, 16s are too small. 17s are the perfect size IMHO.
