Does anyone have a full picture labeling what the plugs go to for a 1g interior harness there is a good pic on here of the engine bay harness but cant find one for the interior one

Im not creating threads with the same issues they are all differant questions

and im looking for the interior harness pictures not engine or front lights harness which i beleave that was a picture of

A good way to do it without any help is that you reconnect everything where it goes and then you label each connector with a strip of tape that you know that you will need/keep. then once they are all identified you can unloom the harness and basically cut the wires and connectors that wont be used.

at that point you can either re-loom it and put it together or reconnect them unloomed and create your own route for your wires. if you create your own route some wires may require increasing the length so in this case you would label the wire twice on the same line and cut in between wires so both ends correspond with your identification. like taping them where you want to cut(wire A2/ wire A2) so when you reroute all you have to do is add another wire and pair both A2's together.

I hope this makes sense to you, its dummy proof. if you need a re explanation I can do that. but if you are inquiring for a different topic let me know and I will see what I can do for you.

The real problem is that the 94 harness dont have the wiring for the flip up headlights and the 94 parking lights are on all the time when the headlights are on where as the 90 they are only turnsignals so my problem is that the plug above the fuseblock that connects to the front harness dont plug in

You're right. I misunderstood what you were asking. To answer you're request, there isn't a collection of pictures for interior harness connectors that I am aware of on the web. If you want one...

Your best bet is to find a factory service manual. It will help out a lot when determining what goes to what. I found a two set volume on ebay for $30. Good luck.

...do this. It's the easiest way to get everything figured out. There's no benefit for me to drop everything and do all the leg work for you to make it all work. There are intricacies to the harnesses, junction blocks, and other electrical components that would take a bit of time to weed through. I plan to get through it and document it one day but that is still many leagues away.

I was refered to you with a question about a 90 car there is a box behind the drivers side kick panel that the newer 94 harness does not have do you know what it is for it also ties in to the box behind the passenger side kick panel where the 94 just has the passanger side box would I not need the one on the drivers side and any other help u could give me on how to make the 94 harness swap work in the 90 would be great the engine and interior harness are 94 and the little harness on the dash and the one that wraps around the front of the car are 90 cause I need the flip up headlights to work

The passing control relay -- involved in the pop-up light circuit -- only exists on models with... which is why you don't find it on the '94.

What is the box behind the passenger side kick panel for? I did trace the wires from the driver side box and only have one wire that I am not sure what to do with its a black wire with blue stripe it had ran to the passenger side box behind kick panel on the 90

Well I broke down and ordered the factory repair books on ebay just sucks I only have like a month to get this car done for a show in late april and its not looking like that will happen there is still alot of work left and the weather here isnt helping calling for snow tommorow

The passenger side is most likely the door lock control unit. That is also where the theft alarm control units were on '90 models but there were two connectors running to it where the door lock control unit has only one.

Yea the 90 had two plugs going to it so why would the box on the driverside tie in to it do the lights flash when the alarm goes off could that be why?

They do but I can't say for sure that's why they tie together. I can't seem to place which wire(s) tie the passing control relay and the theft alarm control unit together.
