My headlights won't shut off without unplugging the battery, Stereo will not come on, no climate control, had to unplug the horn because it will not shut off, the dome lights will not come on at all, when the door is opened it will not turn the dome lights on or chime like it is suppose to... Every once in a while when it warms up outside everything will work. When I start the car the check engine and battery light will come on and stay on until I hit the gas, headlights stay dim until I hit the gas too and then will brighten up. Idle's low when in drive at stop signs/lights.

I have no aftermarket turbo, however there was a remote start and aftermarket alarm that was installed then removed before I bought it...

Thought I had it fixed a while ago with some relays, now it is back with a vengence...

I would start by checking the fuses, then look at your wiring and see if you have exposed wires that are shorting out, or maybe your grounds arent good.

check both fuse boxes: in the engine bay and in the driver side under dashboard

All my fuses are good and I have replaced damn near every relay... :/
Anywhere special I should be checkin for bad grounds or wires? I have redone where the remote start was as it was hacked out...

Thanks for the responses guys!

Check the ignition switch. Does it look like someone messed with it or the wires going to it? Either way, check it (and wires going to it) with a volt meter/test light.
How low is the idle? Does it change as engine warms up?

I will have to look at the ignition switch... I have a scan tool that has been reading the RPMs at 300-400 when idling, it has choked itself out a few times now.

Replaced the alternator. Idle is a little better, but that is all that fixed for me... :/
Still no luck and out of ideas.
