I noticed some new cars have a tint like layer on their side mirrors..

I know one does not simply just tint there side mirrors.. But how do i get one that can auto dim or be "tinted"

Does mitsubishi have anything like this that i could use on my 2g?
Or kind of like a flip up/flip down like all rear view mirrors have?

I find it rather annoying at the fact that most "normal" ride height cars blind me with just there normal driving lights through my side mirrors..

Is there something i can use or make or do Aftermarket or from factory to create a sort of tint there?

i believe they are called auto dimming side mirrors? like the blue mirrors in bmws, audis, and the like..

get some of the headlight/taillight tint film and try that, ive been thinking about it in my TT. The stuff is more like clear paint protection film than window tint. it'll peel right off if you need it to, and wont scratch or anything.

I doubt it's a "tint". Some cars come with auto dimming mirrors now so it likely has something to do with that.
